So far I have found four family groups where the predominant surname is Sargison and/or Sargisson:
- Sargisons – based in South Cave in Yorkshire and further afield in Canada..
- Sargisson – initially mostly from around Hogsthorpe in Lincolnshire and also with a branch which moved to Iowa in the USA. The records in this tree also go back to an early surname variant: Sargisonne.
- Sargisons – based in London and Surrey with a conundrum about one of the family members which could mean this tree could be a subset of the Sargesons on Cottingham in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
- Sargisons – from three nearby counties, some of whom emigrated to Tasmania and New Zealand.
Please note that all information in the trees has been sourced from FreeBMD and other sources.
